About the event
What could be more fun than learning to identify some of PEI's edible and medicinal plants? Having a herd of friendly goats long to taste-test! I'm teaming up with the very popular Beach Goats (https://beachgoats.ca/) to offer a hand-on (hoofs-on?) plant identification workshop.
Not only will you learn how to find and recognize some of the Island's common edible and medicinal species, you'll forage some Cat-tails and make quick Cat-tail pickles (each participant will make a bottle to take home).
Registration will open about a month before the event. Questions? Hit me up via the chat on this website or email kate.macquarrie22@gmail.com.
