About the event
Interest in finding and using wild mushrooms is growing, but with nearly 1,000 species known on PEI (and more yet to be found), it can be hard to know where to start. This illustrated presentation covers key features for basic mushroom identification, the important ecological roles of fungi, and 35 local, beginner-level species with a focus on edibles.
