About the event
PEI is famous for its iconic sand dunes. We'll look at how these dunes form, the ecologicial role they play, and how they are recovering following Hurricane Fiona that hit in September 2022. We'll also identify plants of this habitat, with a focus on edible and medicinal species. Maximum: 15 people.
