About the event
What could be more fun than learning to identify some of PEI's edible and medicinal plants? Having a herd of friendly goats long to taste-test! I'm teaming up with the very popular Beach Goats (https://beachgoats.ca/) to offer a hand-on (hoofs-on?) plant identification workshop.
Not only will you learn how to find and recognize some of the Island's common edible and medicinal species, you'll forage some Cattails and make quick Cattail pickles (each participant will make a bottle to take home). Registration is by email to the Beach Goats: beachgoats@yahoo.com
