About the event

Join me on Wednesday, July 23 for a fun, educational, and unique event at the historic Farmers Bank at Rustico!

We’ll start with PEI’s geological and fossil history, learn how the Island’s land and wildlife changed since the last ice age, and explore some of the edible and medicinal plants found here today. We’ll then be guided in making bannock and churning butter, which we’ll cook over the coals to enjoy with mussels and sausage. No matter how well you think you know PEI, you'll learn something new at this event AND leave with a full belly!

This event includes an hour-long walk on a hard-packed trail over flat terrian.

Time: 5:30 - 8:30 pm

Cost: $20/person

Reservations: 902-963-3168 or 902-628-3131 to reserve your spot, or email: rusticofarmersbank@gmail.com
